Summer & Winter Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation

Natural-Therm® 2250 Series is a marine foam system that meets the Title 33 CRG 183.114 (Table 1). Some of the key characteristics that differentiate Natural-Therm® 2250 from other marine foams.

Natural-Therm® 2250 is the B component of a two-component polyurethane system that is designed to meet Title 33 Section 183.114 as a Coast Guard flotation material. The system has a typically density between 1.90 – 2.00 pcf sprayed-in-place. This product is designed for pour foam application where constant flow characteristics and even density distributions are preferred. It is listed on the Federal Mandatory Purchasing List “FP”.

The data presented here should only be used as a guide since the actual foam properties are influenced by the efficiency of the spray gun, component temperatures, foam thickness, and ambient conditions.   Natural-Therm® Series should be sprayed in uniform passes of 1” to 8” thickness.  While following the technical information is based on the results of actual tests conducted by Natural Polymers, it should only be used as a guideline for typical chemical and physical properties.  The user must test and qualify the product.  Final determination of suitability is the responsibility of the user.
